A bushel of lilac flowers grows lush from a branch stemming from the main bush. The flower's petals are a mix of light purples and dark purples. Some are large and some are small. Some are pushed forward, their light purple petals beaming from being in the spotlight. Some are pushed back, their dark purple petals blush deeply from the attention. Two green leaves grow from a strong, brown stem. The lilac is pretty and fragrant, like the sweet smell of a summer’s morning after a light rain. It stands tall and proud. Three bulbs stand at the top of the bushel just about ready to bloom.
